Food is my love language, and people are my passion. I am a therapeutic chef devoted to health and the joy of good food. For the last 15 years, I have worked as a private chef in high-profile homes, as a personal chef delivering meals to individuals with specific dietary needs, in restaurants, as a caterer, and I have also run my own bone broth business. My approach is rooted in seasonal, nutrient-dense ingredients, thoughtfully sourced from local farms. I draw inspiration from global culinary traditions while staying current with the latest nutritional research. I steer away from diet culture, “miracle” health hacks, and eating the same sad meal on repeat. Eating well should never feel like a chore. I help people live their best, most delicious lives, balancing simplicity with variety. I am so excited to feed you!

“It’s the best food you’ll ever eat” - all my friends and family

Chef Isa

As a proud Santa Barbara local, my journey in the kitchen has taken me around the world—cooking, eating, and training under various chefs. My true passion lies in creating locally sourced menus that highlight what’s fresh, accessible, and in season. I believe food should be fun, engaging, and a way to bring people together. Food has the power to connect us, sharing stories and creating traditions around the table. Everything meaningful happens where food is—through rituals, recipes, and storytelling. Quality is always at the forefront of my mind, as I cultivate relationships with local farmers to showcase the incredible offerings Santa Barbara has to share.

Recently, I’ve been blending my love for food with my interest in mental health, working as a holistic chef and clinical grad student.

I’m passionate about how access to food can support our mental health and overall wellness.
