Cancellation Policy
What’s the deal if I cancel?
We ask for 7 days’ notice so we don’t cry into the soup.What if I’m out of town?
Lucky you! You get one week a month to skip meals. Just let us know 7 days ahead so we can pause your subscription.
Payment Structure
How does payment work?
We’re a weekly subscription. Payments are auto-magically taken out on Mondays. Need to cancel or pause? Scroll back up to the Cancellation Policy.
Failed Payments
What happens if my payment bounces?
If your payment doesn’t clear by Wednesday’s delivery, we’ll have to skip you that week. Don’t panic… We’ll reach out way before that happens, so you can get it sorted.
Delivery Policy
When do I get my food?
We deliver every Wednesday between 3:15–5:30 p.m.Can I switch my delivery address?
Absolutely, just give us a heads up on Tuesday, and we’ll make sure your meals find you.
Containers & Bags
Why do you want my containers back?
Because we’re an eco-friendly crew. No single-use plastic here; we sanitize and reuse all containers. It takes a village, so please leave your bags and containers on your porch before your next delivery.
Food Quality
Where do you source your ingredients?
Our food comes from a variety of local purveyors ranging from Shalhoob’s butcher shop, Santa Barbara Fish Market, SB Farmers market & Berry Man. Working with local businesses is at the heart of what we do, which is why our menus are seasonal and ever-changing.
Dietary Modifications & Restrictions
Can you customize my meals?
Not right now. BUT we always have 3 gluten-free lunch & dinner options, with dairy on the side. Just know, we cook in a kitchen with wheat, dairy, and nuts. If that’s a dealbreaker, we may not be your club (and we’re truly sorry!).
Where do you cook all this delicious food?
Right here in sunny Santa Barbara, California, at The Factory Test Kitchen on Haley Street.
Weekly Menu Selections
How do I pick my meals?
We send out a fresh menu every week. Get your picks in by Thursday at noon. If you forget, don’t stress, we’ll use our chef instincts and choose tasty options for you.
